How can I reset my password? +

Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your email and we'll send a reset link within a few minutes.

How do I update my billing information? +

Navigate to Account Settings → Billing and click "Edit Payment Method" to update your card or billing details.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time? +

Yes, cancel anytime from Account Settings → Subscription. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

How do I contact customer support? +

Use the live chat icon at the bottom right, or email us at [email protected]. We respond within 24 hours.

Is my data secure? +

Yes. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Your data is never sold to third parties.

How do I delete my account? +

Go to Account Settings → Privacy and select "Delete Account". All data is removed within 30 days.
